Speakers, panels, social events celebrates value of retirement income products

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Registration is underway for the Insured Retirement Institute’s (IRI) REACH19 communications and marketing conference to be held at the PGA National Resort in Palm Beach, Florida, March 20-22.

A full agenda of speakers, panel discussion, social events and business meetings are planned for the three-day conference. Several high-energy speakers promise to challenge conventional thinking, captivate the audience and provide practical, actionable information on the evolving retirement income industry.

A new program this year at REACH targets financial advisors with an opportunity to earn up to 22 continuing education credits, coupled with full access to the robust conference agenda and opportunities to network with industry executives.

“REACH19 will offer a powerful combination of business discussions, informative and thought-provoking speakers and social interaction,” said Wayne Chopus, IRI president and CEO. “Additionally, we’ll provide financial advisors with a cutting-edge education program that will be a centerpiece of future IRI conferences.”

IRI has partnered with Broker Educational Sales & Training, Inc. (BEST), a leading nationwide provider of Continuing Education (CE) for financial professionals providing state-approved courses and programs which satisfy professional designation and state insurance license CE requirements.

The course, Managing Retirement Income, will be held exclusively for financial advisors on March 21. Registration for this course is included in advisors’ conference registration fee.

“We’re continuing to finalize conference content and shape networking opportunities that allow our members to meet their peers and share industry experiences,” Chopus said. “We expect a productive, thought-provoking and educational conference that will deliver tremendous value to attendees.”

Confirmed speakers include:

  • Dustin Garis is a renowned brand innovator. His disruptive career has landed him the title of “Chief Troublemaker” for his innovative approach to brand-building, customer experience, and change leadership at some of the most respected companies, including the Coca-Cola Company and Procter & Gamble.
