September 2020  |  Issue 2

Insight, the Insured Retirement Institute's (IRI) quarterly publication that was previously sent only to our financial advisor community, will now be sent to ALL IRI members. We also have given Insight a new look, and we are increasing the publication frequency to monthly to make sure our members are in the know. Insight is a publication highlighting content by our members FOR our members.

This month's issue of IRI Insight features timely resources on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) submitted by IRI’s Premiere Alliance Partners. Learn from this curated selection of videos, blog posts, and articles created to give you the latest “insight” on how to best implement DEI practices within your business and life.

IRI President and CEO Wayne Chopus introduces a replay of an important session on DEI which took place at the IRI Supply Chain Summit. He describes IRI’s DEI mission and the importance of full adoption of DEI best practices. Then, experience the Summit session in which four industry DEI leaders discuss their successful strategies to drive adoption of DEI throughout their organizations. You will gain insights and ideas to help successfully implement best practices at your workplace.
