Dr. Marshall Goldsmith has been recognized every year for the past four years as one of the “Top 10 Business Thinkers in the World” and the top-rated executive coach in the world by Thinkers50. His client list is a who’s who of America’s top CEOs and brands.

He is the author or editor of 35 books, which have sold more than two million copies. In his most recent book, Triggers: Creating Behavior That Lasts. Dr. Goldsmith explores the environmental and psychological triggers that can derail us at work and in life, and shares the 10 beliefs that sabotage our success and how we can overcome them in order to become great leaders.

Dr. Goldsmith’s PhD is from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management where he was recognized as the Distinguished Alumnus of the Year. He teaches executive education at Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business. He is one of a select few executive advisors who have been asked to work with more than 150 major CEOs and their management teams.

Marketing and Customer Loyalty Expert


Jackie Huba knows how to create passionately loyal customers. She coined the term “customer evangelists,” those customers who love what you do and are compelled to spread the word to others, based on research from her first book, Creating Customer Evangelists: How Loyal Customers Become a Volunteer Sales Force. Her second book, Citizen Marketers: When People are the Message, documents the emerging world of social media and how brands should begin to embrace a participatory culture of loyal customers. Her most recent book is, Monster Loyalty: How Lady Gaga Turns Followers into Fanatics, which illustrates how the biggest pop star in the world has built a worldwide passionate following numbering in the tens of millions.

Through her consulting, Jackie has helped leading companies such as Discovery Communications, Whirlpool, Dell, and Kraft to create more loyalty in their customer base. Named as one of the 10 most influential online marketers, Jackie is a contributor, penning a column on customer loyalty and word of mouth marketing. Her work has frequently been featured in the media, such as the Wall Street Journal, the New York Times, BusinessWeek, and Advertising Age. She was a founding Board Member of the Word of Mouth Marketing Association. She is an 11-year veteran of IBM, a Penn State University graduate, and resides in Austin, Texas.

Kevin Kajiwara

Prior to joining Teneo, Mr. Kajiwara was the director of Strategic Clients at Eurasia Group and a member of the firm’s Operating Committee. In this role, he led the firm’s business development efforts with strategic financial markets and corporate clients and managed relationships with some of the world’s largest hedge funds, private equity groups, wealth management firms, sovereign wealth funds, securities exchanges and family offices. Mr. Kajiwara played an active role in promoting the firm’s research agenda and developing its macro views.

Prior to joining Eurasia Group, Mr. Kajiwara was a director and head of institutional equity sales in the New York office of the Spanish bank BBVA. Earlier, he spent eight years in international institutional equity sales with Bear, Stearns & Co. in New York and San Francisco focusing on global emerging markets. Mr. Kajiwara received a BA in Economics from Vassar College.

Managing Director, Federal Policy Group, LLC

As Managing Director of Federal Policy Group, LLC, Mr. Kies provides sophisticated strategic and technical tax advice on tax policy matters before the Congress, the U.S. Treasury Department, the Internal Revenue Service, and the OECD. Prior to the acquisition of the Federal Policy Group by Clark Consulting in February 2002, Mr. Kies was Co-Managing Partner of the Washington National Tax Services office of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

Prior to joining PricewaterhouseCoopers, Mr. Kies served as the Chief of Staff of the Congressional Joint Committee on Taxation from January 1995 until January 1998. The Congressional Joint Committee on Taxation staff is responsible for developing and analyzing all tax legislation for the House Ways and Means Committee, the Senate Finance Committee, and other committees of the Congress. It also is responsible for estimating the cost of enacting changes to tax laws, approving all IRS refunds in excess of $1 million, and performing all technical analysis of tax treaties considered by the Senate Foreign Relations Committee.

Mr. Kies holds an L.L.M., Taxation from Georgetown University Law School, 1986, a JD, Cum Laude from the Ohio State University College of Law, 1977, and a B.G.S. (The Honors Tutorial College), Cum Laude, from Ohio University, 1974.
